Transições de carreira de profissionais de ensino: uma revisão de escopo da literatura

As transições de carreira de profissionais de ensino constituem um fenômeno emergente e pouco analisado na literatura. Diante do exposto, este estudo realizou uma revisão de escopo da literatura. O objetivo do estudo foi mapear a literatura existente acerca da transição de carreira de profissionais de ensino, considerando as principais definições, temas centrais, instrumentos e métodos utilizados. Os resultados destacaram a predominância de estudos qualitativos, com ênfase na transição para o ensino como segunda carreira, especialmente por profissionais da área de saúde. Observou-se a necessidade de estudos mais aprofundados sobre diferentes contextos de transição, impactos nas práticas pedagógicas e recursos de apoio necessários para uma transição bem-sucedida.
