Transições de carreira de profissionais de ensino: uma revisão de escopo da literatura

Las transiciones de carrera de los profesionales de la enseñanza son un fenómeno emergente poco analizado en la literatura. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, este estudio llevó a cabo una revisión de la literatura. El objetivo del estudio fue mapear la literatura existente sobre la transición de carrera de los profesionales de la enseñanza, considerando las principales definiciones, temas centrales, instrumentos y métodos utilizados. Los resultados pusieron de relieve el predominio de los estudios cualitativos, haciendo hincapié en la transición a la docencia como segunda carrera, especialmente por parte de los profesionales de la salud. Era necesario realizar estudios más exhaustivos sobre los diferentes contextos de transición, las repercusiones en las prácticas docentes y los recursos de apoyo necesarios para una transición satisfactoria.
