Resumo

Este paper trata daquilo que vem sendo chamado de Inteligência Artificial nos dias atuais,afirmando que esta representa uma imensa revolução tecnológica que não ficou só nocampo dos sistemas cibernéticos, mas afeta diretamente a vida dos seres humanos emtodos os aspectos, às vezes com maior latência tal como ocorre nos casos da proteção daprivacidade humana e a liberdade de expressão. Neste sentido, discute o texto a moderaçãode conteúdo do que é produzido ou captado pela Inteligência Artificial, bem como dedica-seao estudo do sistema Content ID e a proteção dos direitos autorais em plataforma de imensapopularidade que é o YouTube.
