RESUMO

O presente artigo tratará de diversos aspectos relacionadoa à responsabilidade intergeracional: liberdade das pessoas como pessoas e cidadãos e dos grupos em que se integram, responsabilidade efetivada nas consequências das suas ações e omissões, solidariedade como reciprocidade de direitos e deveres e cerne do bem comum constituem os valores básicos em que se assenta uma sociedade devidamente ordenada. Pensa-se em tais valores no presente e no futuro. Em contrato social dentro da mesma geração e em contrato intergeracional, em responsabilidade nos tempos atuais por parte dos que são livres para decidir como em responsabilidade entre sucessivas gerações. É apresentada, pois, nos dias atuais, uma problemática imensa e intensa que vem suscitando a atenção dos juristas e de especialistas de todas as áreas. O referido artigo abordará três das suas mais importantes vertentes. Primeiramente, abordará a interrupção voluntária da gravidez, enquanto implica responsabilidade dos que já nasceram em face daqueles que estão para nascer, e, conexas com eles, à procriação medicamente assistida, à responsabilidade civil por morte de nascituro e à investigação de paternidade e maternidade. Em segundo lugar, aludir-se-á ao tratamento da terceira idade em face do que se vem chamando a sustentabilidade da segurança social, ligada à quebra da natalidade e ao envelhecimento da população. Por último, à preservação do meio ambiente.

ABSTRACT

The article aims to analyse aspects of intergenerational responsibility: Freedom of people as people and citizens and groups in that integrate, effective responsibility of the consequences of its actions and omissions, solidarity as reciprocity of rights and duties and core of the common good are the basic values on which sits a properly ordered society. Think of such values in the present and in the future. In social contract within the same generation and in intergenerational contract, in responsibility nowadays for those who are free to decide how in responsibility between successive generations. Is presented, because, these days, a lot of problems and intense that comes to the attention of leading jurists and experts from all areas. This article will address three of its most important aspects. First, will the voluntary interruption of pregnancy, while implies responsibility of those who were born in the face of those who are to be born, and they related to the medically assisted procreation, the liability for the deaths of unborn and investigation of paternity and maternity. Secondly, referring to the treatment of senior citizens in the face of what has been calling the sustainability of social security, linked to the birth rate and the ageing of the population. Finally, the preservation of the environment.
